Reach Me Inc., is an non profit corporation, with a IRS 501(c)3 tax exemption.
Reach Me Inc., was established to protect children from sexual abuse through
national efforts. Education for medical doctors, therapists and parents
are a part of our program as well as supplying training for police departments,
schools and the court system. Working with child protective services, the
police department, the district attorney and the courts for the protection
of sexually abused children.
Protective Parents seek help from Reach Me Inc., when their child is
being sexually abused by the other parent and the courts have failed to
protect the child. National efforts will develop a network of people working
for the same goal to prevent "falling through the cracks" of the system
so that every child will be equally protected. Safe houses will be provided
for children who are in current need of respite until the court decisions
can be made.
Currently, no program exists for the sexually abused child where they
can be protected until the court decisions are made. There is a great need
for this service because it needs to bring awareness to this problem. Many
children who are sexually abused are left with scars that bring individuals
to drug addiction, mental illness and suicide. Hundreds of thousands of
child sexual abuse cases in court exist today and are being mishandled
due to lack of resources and education. The children ultimately suffer.
